Finally, I have got a blog going on Nordic Walking. Yes, plenty of Blogs exist on Nordic Walking out there, but I have something to say too!! What I hope to achieve with this blog, is to keep others in the loop as to the Nordic Walking scene in Minnesota and surrounding States. Occasionally I will refer to others Blogs and far away places too.
Today, I Nordic Walked one of my favorite parks, Cleary Lake. It was our first snowfall this season. It was just beautiful. I encourage you all to continue to Nordic Walk through this Winter season. If you dress in layers, with your first layer being a wicking fabric layer, you will be comfortable. Gortex lined shoes are helpful in keeping your feet dry.
