Just returned from a pleasurable few days in and around the Gooseberry Falls area of the North Shore.  My rubber paws off to the Superior Hiking Trail Association for providing and maintaining such a wonderful

Went South to Elysian (near Waterville) today to be one of a three member team in their 26th annual triathlon in Elysian.  This event was a 1/4 mile swim, 8 mile bike ride, 4 mile run.  My daughter did the swim, I did the bike ride, and then another gal did the run.  Beautiful day.  [...]
